Reporting to our Talent & Culture Business Partnership Manager, the Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for developing a close strategic partnership with the managers of their business unit to achieve corporate objectives.

The partner will bring their expertise to managers to build motivated and high-performing teams. This person will ensure that best practices are in place in terms of performance management, talent development, and workplace well-being. The partner positions themselves as a true change agent within their business unit.

In this role you will :

  • Develop a trusting relationship and a real strategic partnership with managers.
  • Provide advisory support to internal managers on all HR needs: performance management, skills and talent development, change management, labor relations, total compensation, succession planning, etc.
  • Examine and analyze organizational parameters, including employee experience data, to propose tailored solutions.
  • Bring your expertise and leadership in organizational transformation contexts by contributing to various projects with strategic impact for the company.
  • Ensure a thoughtful and systematic approach, clear documentation, and adequate follow-up.

What we're looking for :

  • 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organizational context.
  • Ability to make connections, have an overall view and a clear understanding of the situation, open-mindedness, ability to navigate gray areas, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
  • Language skills Bilingual (French, English) both spoken and written.
