Scope and Purpose

Support the bank's structures in the management and development of new projects, organizational models and requirements in order to promote the evolution, change and overall efficiency of the bank, coordinating with the relevant structures of the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division.

Main Activities:

• Project management activities in priority and strategic projects for the Bank
• Analysis and mapping of existing processes
• Process re-engineering with a view to digitalization
• Support to the implementation of workflow solutions
• Analysis of the design and sizing of organizational structures
• Organizational analysis for adaptation to internal and external regulatory changes

Required Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

Competencies Required

• Master  degree in Management Engineering or Economics or Science and Technology
• Good knowledge of English and/or French and Italian;
• Familiarity with designing and proposing organizational improvements.
• experience in coordinating phases of analysis and implementation with the various facilities involved.
• Good PC skills, especially MS Excel (VBA) and Access.
• Analytical and project management skills
• Strong knowledge of banking business and product/services
