Job Type: Permanent

**Location:**Hybrid. This role could be based in either our London or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

The role

This role provides a great opportunity for a highly-experienced B2B marketing specialist to take a leading role in a dynamic team, supporting the shaping and delivery of the marketing strategy and plans for our adviser and workplace audiences - across multiple channels.

You’ll get the chance to collaborate with a range of teams across our Group Brand and Marketing function, Retail Intermediary and Workplace areas, building relationships with stakeholders across the business.

On a day-to-day basis, you’ll consider market and audience insight, trends and analyse competitors to create brilliant marketing strategies and execute against them, championing clarity of messaging and creative excellence - maximising impact to B2B channel audiences, all while ensuring activity is measured against defined KPIs and is consistent with brand guidelines.

What are we looking for?

  • A passionate and seasoned senior marketer, with experience working in the financial services industry and a strong B2B marketing track record. Prior knowledge of pensions, both workplace and individual is desirable.
  • A proven track record of leading, shaping and delivering multi‑channel B2B marketing strategies demonstrating the ability to set direction, influence senior stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience of leading people and working with creative teams and partners to deliver compelling marketing communications, including in a project environment, with demonstrable results.
  • An excellent project and stakeholder manager with a consistent record of high quality delivery.
  • Ability to adapt and work at pace to tight deadlines calmly and effectively.
