Job Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Location: This role is based in our Edinburgh office, with some hybrid/home working Expectation is 2 days per week office based

Salary and benefits: £46,000 - £50,000 depending on experience plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role
Have you ever seen the result of your hard work on the side of a bus, on a giant airport advert as you head to your departure gate or on the radio as you drive through town? Well, in this role. you will work with fantastic marketing colleagues and be responsible for approving this type of marketing financial promotion, as well as ‘real-time’ financial promotions and more. You will ensure they comply with the relevant regulations, whilst working within our marketing framework. You’ll bring your experience and knowledge to train and coach colleagues in a dynamic environment and work with an experienced team of compliance professionals.
What are we looking for?
Essential:
- Significant experience of reviewing retirement product financial promotions, both real-time and non real-time, in a compliance role(s).
- A firm knowledge of the key regulations that underpin the pensions industry.
- Experience of training and coaching others.
Desirable:
- Use existing skills while learning new ones.
- Able to manage competing demands and multiple stakeholders
