Gungho is a specialist B2B marketing agency helping Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and RegTech vendors generate high-quality demand. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to work closely with our Head of Marketing to drive demand generation, brand visibility and revenue growth for Gungho itself.

This is a delivery-focused role in a lean team, offering real responsibility, variety and the chance to shape how our marketing operates.

Hours: 36-hour week, working 8am-6pm, with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Thursday (every Friday off!)

This role is based in our Bournemouth office for two days per week, and then hybrid working from home for the other days.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering demand generation campaigns across email, social and website Writing high-quality B2B content (website, email, social, sales collateral, case studies)
  • Owning day-to-day SEO/AEO activity and improving organic visibility
  • Managing Gungho’s organic/paid LinkedIn presence
  • Creating sales enablement content and supporting SDR outreach
  • Supporting email marketing activity and campaign optimisation
  • Leading internal communications and employer brand marketing

Skills & experience:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role (agency, services or SaaS)
  • Imaginative copywriting and content creation skills (video/imagery) • Strong practical knowledge of demand generation/lead generation tactics
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media management (especially LinkedIn) and SEO
  • Comfortable using marketing data analysis tools (GA4, Search Console etc), Content Management Systems (i.e. WordPress) and CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Organised, commercially aware and confident balancing strategy with execution

  • Campaigns are delivered consistently and contribute to pipeline and long-term revenue growth
  • Content performs across search, email, social and sales enablement
  • Organic visibility improves in line with commercial priorities
  • Sales teams actively use and value the content you create
  • Marketing activity is organised, insight-led and continuously improving
