What you’ll do

Mambu is currently seeking a Senior Manager of IT. The position will manage a global team of highly-motivated IT Support professionals and report to the Senior Director of IT & Business Applications. The role will also manage IT support functions for all Mambuvians, corporate back office systems, services, and hardware.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage 5-10 direct reports within IT Support (recruiting, hiring, retention, & performance) from multiple locations globally
  • Direct intake and prioritization of IT Support Analyst Team work for both operational and project activities
  • Create strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) for IT Support
  • Implement ITIL frameworks and Ways of Working (WoW) in the IT Support Team
  • Serve as system administrator of Mambu’s ITSM Tools
  • Create and communicate IT Support metrics for Mambu leadership
  • Management of IT Support budget
  • Manage IT procurement and vendor activities for Mambu IT Support - including hardware, software, & services
  • End user training and communications regarding IT Support topics
  • Management of IT Support related incidents and risks
  • Some hands on technical and administrative work will be required

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in management of an IT Support organization of similar size and complexity to Mambu (including management of budgets)
  • Previous experience with implementation or maturation of ITIL foundations as a manager (specifically ITSM tools, incident management, and metrics)
  • Proficient with supporting Apple/Mac OS , Google Workspace, and SaaS back office organizations
  • IT vendor management experience (hardware, software, & services) in conjunction with a Procurement Team
  • Servant leadership mentality and ability to empower teams and lead with empathy
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization (end user to executive) via both verbal and written communications
  • Data driven decision making skills
  • Relevant University Degree
