This is what it's all about

• YOUR TASK
  • Management of multiple complex IT and software development projects, from requirements gathering to quotation preparation, contract negotiation, conception, design, and implementation, through to quality control.
  • You will coordinate the project team, create time and budget plans, and be responsible for monitoring success.
  • Maintenance and further development of roadmaps, release plans, and project plans in Jira, including sprint planning and reporting.
  • You will also advise on technical solutions for CMS relaunches and web solutions, in direct contact with our customers.
  • Deriving and communicating proactive recommendations for optimizing projects, processes, and technologies.
  • Supporting the PM team in strategic decisions on project priorities, resources, and budgets.

  • Remote upon agreement
  • Or up to 4 weeks abroad in the EU

What you bring

• YOUR EDUCATION
  • You have successfully completed a degree in a field such as business administration or project management, a commercial or technical apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.

  YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • You have several years of experience in managing web projects or developing digital services, platforms, or products.
  • You have also worked in agile development teams such as Scrum.
  • You are familiar with Jira and Confluence and are skilled in using project management tools.
  • Experience in resource planning, project prioritization, and budget responsibility.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and successfully implement complex projects.

  YOUR SKILLS

  • You are characterized by a high degree of team and customer orientation as well as assertiveness and strong communication skills.
  • You are trained in problem identification and analysis as a basis for creative solution finding.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to work, even in dynamic, complex projects
  • Initiative and assertiveness, combined with strategic thinking
  • Ability to advise stakeholders at all levels and provide well-founded support for decisions
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
