We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our innovative and remote-working team. We need someone truly exceptional—creative, adaptable, and dedicated far beyond the job title. You will work closely with the founders and key creative team members, executing a wide range of design tasks from product development and packaging to digital marketing assets and brand expansion.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage tech packs for new acoustic product lines.
• Assist in production timeline management and coordination.
• Execute a variety of physical product design projects, including product packaging, installation guides, promotional materials, and print assets.
• Create and manage digital design content such as social media posts, email templates, blog graphics, web banners, and mockups.
• Design high-impact marketing collateral for ads and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and print touchpoints.
• Conduct material research, sourcing sustainable options where applicable.
• Collaborate on product development with architects and designers to meet aesthetic and functional goals.
• Maintain well-organized files and efficient file management systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative agency or design-focused company (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
• 3+ years in a senior-level design role, handling both print and digital projects.
• Proven experience with product packaging, print production, and pre-press.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout design, and typography.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• A well-equipped home office and graphic design workstation.
• Video editing, animation, or 3D design skills are a bonus!
