We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Creative Team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Behaviour’s IPs and campaigns, leading the creation of high-impact design assets across multiple platforms. Your expertise will help elevate our brand presence and support strategic marketing initiatives.

In this role you will :
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Associate Art Director, and other graphic designers to define and execute visual strategies.
- Work in synergy with the project management team to ensure smooth delivery of visual assets.
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials (key visuals, logos, presentations, social media assets, etc.).
- Ensure visual consistency and brand identity across all deliverables.
- Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and creative briefs.
What we are looking for :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a creative agency or the video game industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and campaign work.
- Familiarity with branding for intellectual properties and licensed products.
