We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us uncover the stories hidden in our data; turning numbers into narratives that shape our future.

In this role, you’ll dive deep into our platform’s data ecosystem to surface insights that matter. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams from Product to Growth and everything in between!

You’ll identify opportunities where data can illuminate the path forward; whether that’s informing our business strategy, guiding product decisions, or revealing how we can make our platform even better for our users. From analyzing user behavior patterns to tracking business performance metrics, you’ll act as both detective and translator; ensuring our data doesn’t just exist, but drives action.

You’ll report directly to our Team Lead Data Analyst and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to make sure your insights deliver on both analytical rigor and business impact.

You’ll conduct end-to-end analytical projects from problem definition to actionable recommendations :

• Partner with Leadership to identify and drive strategic opportunities
• Develop insights, recommendations and challenge existing assumptions to provide data-driven strategic insights
• Present findings and recommendations to function leaders
• Collaborate with Data Platform team to improve and maintain data accessibility and quality

Preferred experience

Hard Skills

• Analytics: 3+ years experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and SQL
• Business Analysis: Understanding of business metrics, funnel analysis, cohort analysis
  • SAAS Fundamentals: Understanding of subscription business models and key metrics (MRR, churn, net retention, CLTV, CAC, etc. )
  • Product Analytics: Understanding of user behavior analysis, feature performance measurement, and product-market fit metrics
• Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional analytical projects
• Reporting: Experience in Omni, Metabase, Looker or similar tools
