Your territory
Reporting to the CTO, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of Tractive’s security strategy and shape product security in a fast-growing scale-up environment
- Design, build, and maintain security solutions that align with Tractive’s overall security strategy
- Contribute to the creation and enforcement of internal security standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Actively participate in incident response activities — investigating and mitigating threats, and supporting ethical hacking programs
- Plan, execute, and follow up on penetration tests, while managing vulnerability detection, remediation, and patching processes
- Collaborate closely with developers to integrate security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Provide engineering input to support risk assessments and contribute to technical aspects of business continuity planning
- Continuously monitor and enhance cybersecurity controls, tools, and processes to ensure technical risks are tracked and mitigated

Your profile
Key requirements:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of IT security
- Solid understanding of modern security technologies, standards, and methodologies
- In-depth knowledge across key security domains such as risk management, endpoint and network security, security architecture, and more
- Security certifications like ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus, but not a must
- Very good English skills
- A valid Austrian work permit is required for this role
