Primary Objective
Rapidly generate and grow advertising revenue through proven B2B sales strategies and an existing toolkit.
What We Need
- A sales veteran who can be directed to specific business categories (e.g., oven manufacturers, food brand marketing agencies, baking ingredient manufacturers) and immediately start producing results.
- Someone with an established system for identifying and reaching key decision-makers in marketing departments or agencies of record.
- A professional who brings proven outreach strategies, follow-up cadences, and performance tracking methods.
- An individual capable of managing the entire sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing and account management.
Your Toolkit Should Include
- Mastery of modern B2B sales tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, prospecting tools).
- A personal system for organizing and executing high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns.
- Strategies for quickly building rapport and credibility with C-suite and senior marketing executives.
- Techniques for overcoming objections and navigating complex buying processes.
- Methods for consistently upselling and growing accounts over time.
What You’ll Do
- Hit the ground running with our list of target industries and companies.
- Implement your proven prospecting and outreach strategies immediately.
- Manage a pipeline and consistently close deals.
- Provide strategic insights on targeting, messaging, and offer structuring based on your experience.
- Grow existing accounts through relationship management and upselling techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in media or advertising.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to build a sales process from scratch and work autonomously.
- Expert-level proficiency in English for high-stakes communication.
- Extensive experience with virtual sales processes and remote relationship building.
