We are an agile working, scale-up SaaS company at the cutting edge of HR & Payroll technology. With our user-friendly software, we want to take HR & Payroll to the next level and ensure that our customers can deliver their employees the best possible HR & Payroll service.

In your daily work, you will…

Be responsible for guiding prospects from the moment they show interest in our products, to becoming happy customers. This means you:

  • Manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Have daily contact with your leads via phone and email.
  • Present product demos to customers.
  • Actively pursue commercial opportunities where you see them.
  • Report on your team targets and results on a weekly basis via our CRM system (Hubspot).

You will join our Business or Accountancy Squad, which contains of multiple disciplines:

2 Customer Success Managers

4 Sales Representatives

1 Content Marketeer

You will be successful in this role if:

  • You are ready to learn to do sales in the Nmbrs way.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You have great communication skills (on the phone and in writing) and you are assertive.
  • You are enthusiastic about picking up the phone and helping out potential customers.
  • You are a real team player but still able to work independently.
  • You have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You are passionate about HR & Payroll (is a plus).
  • Living in or close to Amsterdam. What‘s in it for you:

  • Nmbrs offers the opportunity to go on an exchange to our offices in Lisbon or Stockholm for up to 4 months.
