The role
Find and onboard Flexile customers using cold outreach. Once onboarded, make sure they never leave by working with the product team on feature improvements, bug fixes, and the resolution of technical debt.

SalaryAt Gumroad, you decide how many hours you'd like to work (between 20 and 35), and how many weeks per year (between 20 and 44).
You can also swap some cash for equity. This can range from between 0% to 80%.
At the beginning of the year, you will be granted options for the full year, unvested. As your invoices get approved, your chosen percentage of the invoice total will be received as vested options that are then eligible for exercise.
At the end of the year, you will also receive a cash bonus equivalent to the exercise price of the vested options. You can choose to put some portion of this cash bonus towards exercising the vested options, entitling you to annual dividends from Gumroad.
If you decide to wait to exercise, you will still have 10 years upon leaving Gumroad to do so.
