About the role:

As the Senior Sales Operations Manager, for EMEA, you will report directly to the Global Head of Field Operations. In this paramount role, you will act as the cornerstone, ensuring the precision and efficacy of our sales processes and strategies across EMEA. This role transcends traditional operational duties—it's about enhancing, innovating, and leading our sales force to unparalleled success.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as the primary business partner to the General [Regional] Manager & VP of Sales and associated regional Customer leadership, becoming their right arm, left arm, and eyes and ears, enabling them to concentrate on driving revenue and bookings.
  • Forge a close partnership with the leadership, contributing your insights and executing the commercial strategy.
  • Champion operational excellence within the sales and customer divisions, setting the pace for innovation and efficiency.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our sales technology stack, ensuring flawless data management and utilization.
  • Collaborate with the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) Ops team to establish and refine performance metrics, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Redefine and optimize the territorial distribution ensuring comprehensive market coverage and increased sales efficiency.
  • Swiftly address and resolve operational challenges, suggesting improvements for scalable growth.
  • Work in tandem with the Enablement teams to identify and rectify knowledge and skill gaps, ensuring ongoing development and training.
  • Analyze performance, managing pipeline and forecasting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document and disseminate operational best practices to elevate overall team performance.

What you'll need:

  • A curious and passionate leader with at least 5+ years in a comparable role, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment in either a similar role or sales leadership role.
  • An expert problem-solver, renowned for leveraging data to drive pivotal business decisions.
  • Proficient in the nuances of data analysis and modeling, familiar with SQL and extracting insights from SFDC.
  • Adaptable, entrepreneurial, and quick to act, thriving in dynamic, growth-focused settings.
  • A master multitasker, adept at managing multiple initiatives, from broad-scale projects to immediate operational demands.
  • A dedicated team advocate, fostering a collaborative environment while steering both individual and collective achievements.
