ABOUT HAPPITY
Happity is the UK's leading marketplace for baby & toddler classes. We're looking for a Sales Manager to join our Partnerships Team for 4 months initially - and possibly beyond.
We are a small team who are passionate about the work we do to end loneliness in new parents and we are proud of our achievements with our products. We've seen huge growth in the last year, with up to 350k unique users to our website each month, ~120k parents subscribed to our mailing list, and over 5.5k class providers listing their classes.
We trust our team to work remotely, taking responsibility for their own working practices that will help them deliver their best work.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
The role would primarily involve selling marketing packages to relevant brands.
We're an agile team and strive to offer an excellent service as well as a product that wows our class providers and parents. Quality of delivery is at the heart of what we do.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying relevant brands
- Building and maintaining relationships with brands
- Negotiating and selling marketing and affiliate packages
- Providing excellent delivery of packages
- Reporting on packages
- Nurturing ongoing relationships

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and is a team player
- Top-notch sales skills
- Amazing attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Common sense, a positive can-do attitude and the ability to think through problems and arrive at pragmatic solutions
- The ability to thrive in fast paced and changing environment and pragmatically balance priorities
- Great organisational and time-management skills
- Works well in a remote role
IT WOULD BE A EXTRA BONUS IF YOU:
- Have experience with affiliate schemes
- Have experience using sales tools such as Apollo
- Have experience in working on consumer-facing web applications
- Have knowledge of the baby & toddler class market

HOURS & COMPENSATION
Hours : This is a part-time, flexible, 4-month contract role. It requires c14 hours per week with the potential for additional hours when required by the business - the majority of the team work part-time as standard.
Pay: £12-15 per hour + commission
