Are you passionate about driving and developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Sales Manager within the Benelux, UK and Ireland regions.

PanzerGlass® is a globally renowned brand in screen protection. In this role, you will effectively manage, drive and develop online channels in the regions focusing on e-Tailers and Online Retailers. Your goal is to increase PanzerGlass online share within the Mobility Accessory categories online.

Key responsibilities

You can look forward to collaborating with Marketing for brand and content alignment and Retail to build online toolbox for targeting e-Tailers. Moreover, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the sales revenue plan for the region with existing e-Tailer and Omni Channel online customers
  • Implementing agreed Go-To-Market plan to expand e-Tailer and Retailer collaboration to increase sales revenue.
  • Setting a hunting strategy to develop existing accounts and to target new business.
  • Work cross vertically with Retail to optimise execution of the Omni channel strategy.
  • Leveraging and executing SEO via 3rd party sourcing for effective implementation.
  • Establish metrics of measurement to be embedded in monthly Dashboards for line management reporting.

Your profile

You have some years of commercial online sales experience with a focus on Omni-channel, Marketplaces, and e-Tail Channels. We expect you to possess a strong knowledge of the market and a passion for working with online customers. You are driven by strong customer relationships and get a thrill from landing new opportunities.

Collaboration is a key mindset for this role, as you will need to work effectively in cross-vertical teams. You have experience in budget and account management and understand the importance of value-adding structure and reporting. Therefore, we expect you to have analytical skills to understand and leverage data for competitive advantage. You possess a customer-centric approach and collaboration skills to ensure fruitful interactions. Like your colleagues working globally, we expect you to have a solid work ethic and adaptability.

In addition, you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.
