We're looking for a Sales Development Manager (outbound) to join our team! This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to build a team and implement processes from the ground up! As the Sales Development Manager (outbound), you'll directly contribute to Bunny Studio's exponential growth by managing a team of business development reps. About the role

You'll focus your skills and experience to help drive growth and positively contribute to teaming up with the world's best creatives. As Sales Development Manager, you'll ensure the team effectively researches, engages, and connects potential customers to the sales team. You'll also provide feedback on inbound leads and input into campaign development to optimize messaging and targeting.

Challenges you'll work on

For the first three months, your primary focus will be on the following challenges:

  • Hire, onboard, train, and manage a team of outbound business development reps and AEAs responsible for outbound sales engagements via phone, email, and social outreach.
  • Design and drive the entire sales process from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure to post-sale kickoff with our Customer Operations team.

What you'll do:

Your key responsibilities will be

  • Hire, onboard, train, and manage a team of outbound business development reps and AEAs responsible for outbound sales engagements via phone, email, and social outreach.
  • Design and drive the entire sales process from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure to post-sale kickoff with our Customer Success team
  • Build out a Sales Development program using best-in-class tools and tactics.
  • Develop reps into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions.
  • Manage the daily activities and quotas of BDRs and AEAs to ensure weekly, and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop SDRs and AEAs' time management, sequencing & nurturing cadence, and prospecting tactics.
  • Create metrics related to sourcing leads from new outbound sales efforts.
  • Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and information for team outreach.
  • Prospect into target accounts, utilizing outbound sales tools, campaigns, and social outreach.
  • Partner with marketing on defining personalized email campaign follow-ups and reporting to engage with prospects and generate demand for Bunny Studio's solutions.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the latest trends within the relevant target industries to adapt messaging to prospects' needs and areas of interest.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Empower individuals and teams to exceed objectives through mentorship, KPI checkpoints, and other incentives.
  • Regularly report on team and individual performance - lead quantity, quality, and revenue.
  • Partner with sales leaders and reps to ensure lead quality/quantity and accurate follow-up.
  • Work closely with customer operations to create and implement new processes, as well as make recommendations for process improvements that impact efficiency and productivity
  • Make recommendations to management to help define strategy and processes to improve productivity and scale the impact of team on pipeline sourced and revenue generated
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing teams with identification of target sectors and organizations.
  • Attend industry events for networking opportunities

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Business development leadership experience
  • Extensive experience in a sales or sales development role with a high call volume environment.
  • Demonstrated experience developing SDR programs and playbooks to drive best practice behaviors and measurable outcomes.
  • Top of-funnel sales pipe expert, highly disciplined, a structured thinker with execution excellence
  • Prior experience in direct-to-brand, SaaS sales and leadership and sales coaching is a must-have.
  • Experience conducting a high volume of outbound phone and email activity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets by running a disciplined and consultative sales process with large, complex prospect organizations.
  • Excellent English presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Previously trained in consultative/value-based selling
  • Experience using a CRM, preferably Hubspot
  • Advanced proficiency using one or more of the following sales tools: Salesloft, Intersellar, Lavender, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Chorus/gong, Outreach
  • Results driven with strong business and sales acumen to be able to discuss the business needs of prospects to align Bunny Studio fit before presenting value.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration abilities.
  • Enjoys contributing to a company culture that celebrates performance, diversity, and the participation of all team members.
  • Loves the hunt of prospecting and is effective at scaling their pipeline
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc., is a plus.

The salary for this role will be USD $50,812.13 - USD $78,172.51
