What you will do

You will be responsible for driving our expansion into the UK banking market. You’ll work directly with leadership to shape market positioning, refine messaging for the UK banking landscape, and help build repeatable sales motions that scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the UK banking go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify, target, and engage key prospects across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and close - in close collaboration with your cross-functional colleagues.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer pain points, industry trends and regulations,  and competitive landscape to inform GTM tactics.
  • Provide ongoing market feedback to shape product development and positioning for UK and EU markets.
  • Drive pipeline growth and revenue attainment against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build awareness and credibility.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of enterprise software/solution sales experience ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Extensive experience selling into the UK banking industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in new or developing markets.
  • Experienced in developing strategic relationships and navigating long, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and mid-market landscapes.
  • Experience selling complex or consultative technology solutions to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable operating independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g.Salesforce).

Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.
