We are looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to oversee critical business processes that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across the sales lifecycle. This role will serve as the strategic link between Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless deal execution, pricing optimization, and revenue recognition.

Eligible candidates have and can work successfully in a remote environment and are familiar with working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS start-up. This is a full-time remote role and is open to candidates in the United States and/or Canada with the ability to work 8-5 ET.

Requirements:

  • Experience across sales operations, finance, and revenue management.
  • Experience reviewing and implementing complex and non-standard contracts.
  • Experience in both product-led growth and enterprise-sized deals.
  • Experience optimizing the entire revenue process.
  • Experience redesigning processes for scalable growth.
  • Can work in a mostly EST environment.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship from an employer now and/or in the future.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with SaaS business models.
  • Experience with subscription billing systems.

At DNSFilter You Will:

  • Manage the Deal Desk function, ensuring all transactions meet company standards and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement deal strategy frameworks, review proposed deals for compliance and profitability.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to coordinate and execute customer renewal forecasting processes, identifying at-risk accounts and growth opportunities.
  • Lead pricing initiatives, including developing pricing models, and packaging, and serving on the pricing committee.
  • Work with Sales and Rev Ops leadership to design and administer sales quota structures, commission plans, SPIFFs, and other incentive programs.
  • Generate accurate attainment reports to track sales performance against targets.
  • Oversee the book-to-bill-to-fill process, assessing current processes and defining improvements to the billing processes. This includes managing the billing solution, creating subscription plans, applying credits, managing billing exceptions, and working with the product team to streamline “self-service” processes.
  • Participate in interviews.

DNSFilter is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a hybrid company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets. Our Talent Team can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

U.S. hiring salary range

$135,000—$145,000 USD
