About Auror
At Auror, we’re empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. It’s high volume crime that’s increasingly organised in nature and is putting people, retailers, and communities at risk every day.
Founded in New Zealand 11 years ago, we’re working with some of the best and largest retailers in the world across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
Auror is connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime. We’re using technology for good.
In partnership with our leading retail partners, we need people with the passion, determination, and innovation required to overcome one of the world's largest problems. If you’re looking to make a difference with and for the people dedicated to stopping crime, for good, then we want you on our team.
The Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who has strong Salesforce experience to help drive operational efficiency across our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams as we scale. This role is critical in removing operational bottlenecks, enabling our teams to focus on delivering results, and ultimately accelerating revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in streamlining workflows, optimising Salesforce, and supporting the team with the tools and insights they need to succeed.
As part of the RevOps function, you’ll collaborate closely with team members across multiple departments, building consistency in processes and helping to manage the increasing workload. We’re in an exciting growth stage, meaning that you'll have the opportunity to shape and scale our operational infrastructure to achieve our ambitious goals.
This role can be based in either Australia or New Zealand.
The core responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing user permissions and ensuring data integrity across Salesforce to maintain a clean, organised system.
- Building and optimising Salesforce automations with Flow Builder, enhancing sales processes through technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborating with sales and finance to deliver accurate forecasts, reports, and performance insights in a timely manner.
- Supporting the sales team in maximising their use of CRM technology and other tools, while ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Developing and managing marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Ensuring the team is equipped with the best technology and tools, including Monday.com, Notion, and emerging platforms.
- Reporting to the Revenue Operations team and contributing to various high-impact initiatives and strategic projects across the organisation.
This role reports to Nick Harley, Director of Growth Operations.
I've spent the past 15 years+ living and breathing all things startups, marketing, tech and revenue growth. I split my time between being a Dad, golf addict, DIY enthusiast, Formula1 fan and of course, helping Auror empower more retailers around the world to stop crime, for good. I enjoy being part of an ambitious team that wants to do their best work and build something remarkable. Working with talented, caring, and ambitious people who want to elevate themselves, their peers, and Auror to new heights is hugely rewarding.
About you
- Deep expertise in Salesforce administration, including proficiency with Salesforce Flow Builder, with the ability to implement automations and optimize processes.
- Strong background in Sales Operations, including sales enablement, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven experience in process improvement, with a focus on scaling operations and creating efficiencies across multiple teams.
- Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and other CRM systems, ensuring seamless data integration and lead management.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams like finance, sales, customer success and marketing to align operations and achieve shared goals.
- You prioritise accurate, clean data as the foundation for reliable forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
- You're adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments, taking initiative to identify challenges and implement solutions independently.
- Analytical mindset with experience in building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualisations to track team performance and key business metrics.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
- Strong project management abilities, ensuring smooth implementation of new tools, processes, and initiatives.
We are looking for people who demonstrate a strong alignment to our Guiding Principles (you can find these on our Careers page).
