About Stora

Stora is a self storage software platform at the forefront of a technology-led revolution in the industry. We empower self storage operators to seamlessly manage their businesses, automate processes, and drive revenue growth. In just over 4 years, we’ve helped hundreds of operators around the world process tens of millions in automated payments. Known as innovators in our space, we’re a fast-growing team focused on making self storage better for everyone.

Why this role matters

Stora is growing fast, but as we scale, visibility across our funnel and pipeline becomes more important—and more challenging. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to own the data, systems, and processes that help our Sales, Marketing, and CS teams operate at their best.

This role is about building clarity: where our leads are coming from, how they convert, and where revenue is being won or lost. You’ll work closely with leadership to define and improve how we track performance, forecast pipeline, and scale what’s working.

You’ll sit at the heart of our go-to-market organisation, bringing together people, systems, and strategy to drive smarter, faster growth.

What you’ll do

  • Own reporting across the full GTM funnel—from lead to closed revenue
  • Analyse pipeline health and conversion performance
  • Build dashboards and reporting to give Sales and Marketing actionable insights
  • Identify friction in the funnel and help define improvements
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to improve targeting, handoffs, and close rates
  • Help implement and improve the systems we use (e.g. HubSpot, Stripe)—or recommend better ones
  • Support strategic planning and forecasting across Sales, CS, and Marketing
  • Act as the go-to source of truth for GTM performance data

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a RevOps, GTM Ops, or similar role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with metrics, dashboards, and funnel models
  • High attention to detail—someone who notices gaps, inconsistencies, and inefficiencies
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Stripe, GA4, and spreadsheets (we’re open-minded on stack)
  • A systems thinker—able to zoom out, then fix things at a process level
  • Confident working closely with leadership and reporting to them
  • Scrappy, strategic, and able to work autonomously

Why join Stora

This is a highly impactful role where you’ll help define how we scale our revenue engine. You’ll work directly with the founders and GTM leads, and have room to shape the systems, reporting, and insight layer that supports the next stage of our growth.

Location

Stora have a distributed team across the UK and Europe. We also have an office in Belfast, Northern Ireland, which local team members use regularly. A few times a year, we bring the full team together for in-person meet-ups, team activities, and planning sessions.

This role is ideally based in Northern Ireland, but we’re open to other UK/Ireland locations for the right candidate.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Hybrid work environment – with Belfast office access for those based in NI.
  • Private health insurance for you and your family
  • Pension plan
  • 35 days annual leave
  • Share options
  • MacBook and WFH budget
  • In-person meet-ups and team retreats
