Job description

At Welcome to the Jungle the RevOps function is the alignment of marketing, sales and customer experience operations across the full customer lifecycle to drive growth through operational efficiency, teams enablement and keep all teams accountable to revenue.

The RevOps team is a global team to support our french market & international expansion.

As Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will design, implement and manage, onboarding & training program, prospects & client’s assets and pitches and team’s knowledge base in order to impact revenue growth.

This is a new position within the team. You will work on a daily basis with our Lead Revenue Enablement.

Your scope will be the entire revenue funnel: SDR, AE, AM, Customer delivey, Care and Success teams.

Here’s a snapshot of the 5 pillars of enablement within the Revenue team:

1️⃣ Orchestrate onboarding path by designing effective programmes to make employees successful during their ramp-up. You will work with the team leads to prepare the training content and train our in-house trainers to deliver it.

2️⃣ Designing and monitoring a “ Revenue academy” continuous training programme incorporating skills upgrading on the pitch, products, sales method, market expertise, competition, processes and tools. We want to develop a personalised programme based on position and seniority. You will work with in-house experts to deliver this programme.

3️⃣ Deploying the most effective assets and pitches (before, during and after meetings) for teams to drive conversion. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce the most impactful content.

4️⃣ Maintaining and animating the team’s knowledge base to ensure that knowledge is available, up-to-date, searchable and effective. Our knowledge management platform is Notion.

5️⃣ Support our indirect sales strategy by deploying a dedicated enablement programme for our partners.

You will also be involved in projects that will shape the company’s future, such as new commercial offers, new product launches, new team organisation, new business lines, etc.


Preferred experience

Our Enablement Specialist would be someone with:

  • 3+ years experience in an enablement role or a leadership role into a sales, account management or csm team
  • Strong project management skills in multi-stakeholder projects
  • Ability to lead a community of managers
  • Skills in pedagogical engineering and the creation of training modules
  • Excellent communication skills, both in French and English
