Retail Premium Customer Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Advising the bank's premium retail clients on banking products such as unsecured loans, investments, insurance, and other banking services.
• Promoting premium services to potential bank clients.
• Providing investment advice, including executing stock market orders, monitoring capital and money market processes, and constructing investment portfolios.
• Cross-selling.
• Organizing and conducting client meetings.

Requirements:

• At least a secondary education and a Hungarian National Bank (MNB) capital market dealer license or its equivalent.
• Professional experience in investments and insurance.
• At least 2 years of experience as a retail consultant in banking customer service.
• Customer-centric approach and excellent negotiation skills.
