Your responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and build long-term relationships aimed at high customer satisfaction.
- Actively market bank products.
- Perform other tasks to gain comprehensive knowledge of retail banking operations, with subsequent opportunities to advance to more specialized positions.
- Cashier (till) duties.
We expect:
- At least secondary education in economics or another relevant field.
- Responsible, proactive approach to work and excellent communication skills.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to meet individual and team targets.
- Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
- Licenses for marketing investment services or for insurance brokerage are desirable but not required.
