Tasks you will become an expert in:

  • Providing professional assistance to retail customers visiting the branch.
  • Financial advice regarding accounts, savings, and unsecured loans.
  • Introducing and supporting the use of digital banking channels (mobile application and internet banking).
  • Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to sales and customer service processes.
  • Substituting the foreign currency and forint cashier colleague when necessary.

  • You have been involved in customer service and sales in the past 5 years.
