The Role
The Senior Retail Partnerships Manager will play a key role within Auror’s North American team, driving strategic initiatives that enhance our partnership approach with major retailers and industry organizations.
The role has three parts to it:
1. Nurture and develop existing retail partnerships
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior executives and leaders in Profit Protection/Loss Prevention (LP) across our key retail partners, positioning Auror as a trusted advisor in reducing crime and enhancing safety.
- Identify and propose innovative solutions that deliver substantial value, while proactively exploring upsell opportunities that align with partner objectives.
- Drive the integration of Auror into our partners’ LP ecosystems, ensuring our offerings are central to their operational strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to execute engagement plans and achieve performance targets.
2. Play an active role in supporting the LP industry
- Serve as a recognized leader within the LP industry by engaging with influential industry bodies, including the Retail Industry Leaders Association and National Retail Federation, to shape the narrative around loss prevention strategies.
- Represent Auror at key industry events, facilitating discussions and showcasing our innovations to enhance our market positioning and influence.
3. Support new retail partnerships in North America
Oversee the strategic planning and execution of proof-of-concept pilots and / or roll-outs for prospective and / or new partners
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver an integrated, end-to-end experience for new partners, driving alignment and operational excellence.
This role reports to Alaina Kring - Director Retail Partnerships, North America
- Account Manager or similar role in enterprise sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in managing and growing large, complex accounts, with a strong ability of achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with a collaborative approach to working cross-functionally, with both internal and external partners, and navigating organizational dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with the capacity to deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate value propositions.
- Strong analytical skills, able to build and execute strategy around key accounts with a data driven and outcome mindset.
- Excellent project-management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects end-to-end.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we operate in a dynamic way which can mean priorities and pace can change accordingly.

- Competitive Salary Range: Depending on level of experience $140,000-$160,000 (IC5)

At Auror, we value co-location and have a hybrid flexible working model; the Auror office is located in the RiNo Neighborhood where our Retail Partnerships team spends 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely. This is a Denver-based role.
