Brief Description

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering a proactive recruitment service to our internal client groups. You will actively seek out and identifying opportunities for improvement while fostering a culture of collaboration. Key to your success will be your ability to prioritise workloads efficiently and maintain open lines of communication with candidates, stakeholders and the Resourcing Business Partner.

You will offer proactive and strategic advice on resourcing activities, partnering closely with internal clients to clearly define their resource needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their objectives. This role will specifically focus on candidate generation, pipelining and maintaining a great candidate experience from application to offer. This is not your typical recruitment role. You will flex between 180 and 360 recruitment scaling up and down as required. Some roles will naturally require search activity (through the likes of LinkedIn) where as others will fill themselves and require more sifting. The ability to self review and flex the service offering will be pivotal to the success of this role.

As a resourcing team, we are on a journey moving away from transactional, reactionary recruitment and attempting to be more hands on in a talent acquisition capacity. This is a great foot into the world of recruitment, so although recruitment experience will be beneficial, it is not a deal breaker, for the right person with the right drive and determination we can train the recruitment skills.
