This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Scope:

  • Flexible 20 hours per week; with Monday meetings at 11:30am to 12:15pm CEST
  • Flexible working hours with weekly team meeting requirement
  • Remote work arrangement
  • Direct reporting to Head of Operations
  • Focus on German market expansion support

Responsibilities:

  • Research and compile comprehensive lists of educational institutions across German cities
  • Extract relevant school information from German-language websites
  • Create and maintain structured databases in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Format data according to CRM system requirements
  • Participate in weekly team meetings
  • Support additional back-office tasks as needed

Requirements

  • German language comprehension (reading proficiency required)
  • English language proficiency
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Independent work capability
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Available for Monday 11:30 team meetings
