Remediation Monitoring Specialist

Introduction

Within the Remediation Monitoring structure you will have the opportunity to work on the adoption of monitoring activities outlined in the Remediation plans of the Control Functions and Supervisory Authorities, through to their implementation.

We are looking for a professional with experience in monitoring remediation processes and managing project initiatives in the banking sector, with a focus on regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and continuous improvement. The role supports the implementation of corrective actions after audits and inspections, ensuring the effectiveness and traceability of remediation activities according to internal and external regulatory standards, and facilitates interactions with the Control Functions.

Main activities

The main activities will be:

  • act as a focal point for the Control Functions and the Group Supervisory Strategic Steering Central Directorate in remediation plans related to the Governance Area (Chief Governance Operating & Transformation Officer);
  • implement and maintain the Area's dashboard, accurately registering the related findings;
  • monitor and report compliance with deadlines, supporting business owners in their response activities;
  • take part in project activities followed by the Office.

Skills, Competences and Qualifications required

We are looking for a person with:

  • consolidated experience in coordinating activities and project initiatives, preferably with remediation or regulatory profiles;
  • ability to present findings and key indicators of analyzed phenomena at Top Management level;
  • good knowledge of the Bank's operating mechanisms and, in particular, of Governance Areas;
  • ability to organize priorities and problem solving skills in complex and articulated contexts;
  • verbal and written communication skills that ensure clear and concise communication;
  • ability to present clear summary views in an integrated perspective, identifying connections among multiple phenomena;
  • relational and communication skills;
  • a curious, flexible and dynamic approach, result oriented;
  • aptitude for teamwork;
  • good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel);
  • good knowledge of the English language.

Preferred:

  • ability to integrate AI tools into internal processes to optimize and simplify analysis, organization and reporting activities.
