Scope and Purpose

The RegTech Reporting Analyst will play a key role in transforming regulatory requirements into accurate, timely and actionable reporting using modern tools and data-driven solutions, focusing on the Bank's solvency, financial stability and liquidity ratios.

The position offers a hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks, financial products and data management.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate and timely regulatory reports (COREP, FINREP, Anacredit, and others). accordance with guidelines from regulators such as ECB and NSA.
  • Support the collection, validation and reconciliation of financial and risk data from various internal systems.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, finance, risk and technology teams to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor regulatory deadlines and help maintain a calendar of key reporting obligations.
  • Participate in the review and testing of system changes and reporting tools (regulatory engines, data warehouses, reporting platforms).
  • Contribute to the automation and optimization of reporting processes.
  • Document reporting processes and controls to support audits and internal reviews.
  • Stay informed on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices (with training and support).

Assist in responding to queries or data requests from regulators or internal stakeholders.

Required Experience

2-3 years of experience in regulatory reporting or financial analysis

Experience within a banking environment or in one of the main accounting firms represents a plus

Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Basel Regulatory frameworks (Basel III and Basel IV)
  • Understanding of regulatory reporting templates and prudential framework (COREP, LE, C07.00-C09.04, SA-CCR, and others
  • Awareness of EBA guidelines and EU implementation of Basel IV (CRR3) is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and international accounting principles (IFRS 9)
  • Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
  • Basic automation is a plus
  • Understanding of data quality controls, reconciliations and exception management in a reporting context
  • Familiarity with data lineage and governance principles
