Recruitment Trainer

**๐Ÿ“ Location: Horsforth, Leeds

๐Ÿ“… Start date: August 2025**

We have a fantastic opportunity at CSG Talent to join us as our Recruitment Trainer - a pivotal role within the People Team, working closely alongside our Head of L&D. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Recruiter who is looking to step into a more supportive role.

The Role:

Global Onboarding for New Starters

  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure the best onboarding experience for all new colleagues.

Training of New Starters

  • The first 6-8 weeks of a new colleagues time with CSG will be working closely with you to get up and running!

Delivering Continuous Company-wide Training

  • Continually assess and review current training material to ensure it remains current & relevant for the business and create updated content as and when required.

Continuous Improvement

  • As the Recruitment Partner you will also be responsible for managing, evaluating, and improving the technological tools and systems that support CSG Talent's Tech Stack.

System Optimisation & Implementation

  • Regularly assess current platforms and technologies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A passion for people development and learning that sticks
  • Experience within recruitment (executive search is preferable)
  • Exposure to training programmes (especially onboarding)
  • A collaborative, can-do mindset - you love making things better
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage people at all levels
  • A curiosity for tech and systems that make work smarter, not harder
