Nmbrs is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam, starting in August.

What you can expect in this role:

An important asset of our Nmbrs culture is that we don’t have managers. You can imagine that lots of employees are very enthusiastic about this way of working. In your role as Recruitment Specialist you will be the person who is telling our story and make candidates just as excited as we are. We truly believe that giving candidates the best experience possible makes our hiring process more scalable versus an experience which fades away or even worse...a candidate who wants to forget.

You will join our Employee Experience squad, which contains of multiple disciplines:

  • 3 Employee Experience specialists;
  • 1 Recruitment specialist;

Together with our recruitment specialist, you are in the lead of an unforgettable experience when applying at Nmbrs. With unforgettable we don’t expect cool magic tricks with bunnies and a hat, but just you being there to make sure that our candidates are being heard and remember their application process not as a process, but as a warm human experience.

In your daily work, you will…

  • Co-own the end-to-end recruitment processes and strategies at Nmbrs;
  • Be an ambassador of Nmbrs and deliver an amazing journey to our candidates;
  • Collaborate with our marketing team with employer branding to ensure we target and attract the right talent to Nmbrs;
  • Lead our collaborative hiring by working with internal stakeholders to define the recruitment needs and to ensure we always hire the right people (doing this in a company without managers is demanding but so fun and rewarding!);
  • Be in charge of recruitment analytics: monthly reporting and analysis of recruitment and candidate experience results so we can continuously improve;
  • Handle external partnerships: manage and create relations with recruitment agencies, partners, software etc;
  • Innovation: keep your mind on the state of the art and bring new ideas to the team;
  • Together with the rest of your team be involved in strategic HR projects implemented at Nmbrs

Job requirements

You will be successful in this role if:

  • You are fluent in Dutch;
  • You have strong verbal and written communication in English;
  • You have relevant experience as a corporate recruiter or similar (experience in an international environment is a plus);
  • You are candidate-centric: You communicate and represent yourself in a friendly manner and you always act with the candidate in mind;
  • You have strong skills in stakeholder management;
  • You would describe yourself as highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • You have great negotiation skills;
  • You are a team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people;
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset;
  • You are business-savvy: you know the business and use your strategic mindset to help elevate it.

  • We offer a gross annual salary of to 41.470 to 49.200 including holiday allowance, (can be a higher range depending on experience);
