Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Recruitment Consultant with up to 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and candidates in the fintech space, managing the recruitment process from sourcing to placement. You will also contribute to business development efforts, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage high-caliber candidates
- Client Engagement: Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide consultative recruitment advice, and deliver tailored solutions
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and candidates
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and fintech innovations to offer expert insights to both clients and candidates
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring long-term collaboration
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of PCN
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles, ideally within the fintech or technology sectors
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
- Commercial Awareness: A good understanding of the fintech industry or a strong willingness to learn about it
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex recruitment challenges
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM systems, and professional networking platforms like LinkedIn
