Responsibilities

• Conduct CV screening and candidate assessment.
• Manage written communication with candidates in English to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Organize and conduct interviews with relevant candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update an ATS to keep track of candidates, their status, and feedback.
• Be ready to get involved into different HR projects (i.e., C&B).
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on mass hiring.
• Strong ability to screen candidates effectively and manage a large amount of data accurately.
• Excellent multitasking skills to manage multiple candidates and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English: C1 / C2 / Native.
• Proficiency in Russian: C1 / C2 / Native.
• Proficiency in PC softwares: Gmail, GDrive, Notion, etc.
• Ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs and work within the fast-paced nature of a startup environment.
• Familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
• Take part in a part-time, remote, freelance project that respects your primary professional or academic commitments.
• Try your hand at an AI project and enrich your portfolio with new experiences.
• Make a tangible impact on the quality of AI.
