Job Description:

Dive into the exciting world of real estate as a Virtual Assistant, playing a crucial role in lead generation and client communication. You’ll harness the power of advanced CRM systems and specialized software to create comprehensive property reports that guide clients through their real estate journey. This position offers a unique blend of data analysis, market research, and client interaction, all from the comfort of your home office. You’ll be at the heart of the action, making informed decisions that directly impact our clients’ property investments.

Job Highlights:

• 20 hours per week

• Permanent work from home

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm Brisbane, Australia time (3:00 PM to 7:00 PM PHT)

• Client Timezone: AU

Responsibilities:

• Master our state-of-the-art CRM system to manage and organize client data efficiently

• Utilize specialized real estate software to generate in-depth property reports

• Conduct thorough analysis of properties within specific boundaries for accurate comparisons

• Exercise judgment in selecting comparative properties for client reports

• Craft and deliver concise, informative property updates via text message to clients

• Handle high-volume data entry with precision and attention to detail

• Adapt to fluctuating workloads, potentially transitioning from full-time to part-time as needed

• Contribute to lead generation efforts, fueling the company’s growth in the property market

Requirements

• Proven experience with CRM software, preferably in a real estate context

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and report preparation

• Quick learner able to adapt to new software and technologies

• Meticulous attention to detail, especially in data handling and analysis

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Creative problem-solving abilities to tackle unique property market challenges

• Clear and concise written communication skills for crafting property updates

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
