Job Description As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business growth through strategic outbound calling campaigns. This role offers a unique blend of autonomy and mentorship, where you’ll receive personal coaching and regular role-playing sessions to enhance your skills. You’ll work directly with the business owner who has extensive experience in real estate sales and lead generation, ensuring you have the support and guidance needed to succeed. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of a growth-oriented business that values long-term relationships and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outbound calling campaigns to generate qualified real estate leads
- Engage with potential clients using proven scripts and conversation frameworks
- Participate in regular coaching and role-playing sessions to enhance sales techniques
- Track and document all calling activities and lead interactions
- Maintain consistent communication with management about progress and results
- Adapt and refine the approach based on regular feedback and coaching
- Utilize provided systems to manage lead information effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling, sales, or lead generation
- Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Strong listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Comfortable with receiving and implementing feedback
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Flexibility to work within established business hours
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growth
- Previous real estate industry experience is a plus but not required
