What you will do

You will analyze and label proprietary risk assessment data while maintaining established standards. You will undergo continuous training and mentorship, gaining increasing proficiency in evaluating sensitive real-world client interviews which will lead to formal QC Testing and Certification. You will conduct daily QC reviews, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with established standards. This role requires adaptability to varying schedules outside of traditional business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct data processing and labeling in collaboration with senior QC analysts and assigned mentors.
  • Analyze complex datasets and conduct routine/non-routine QC evaluations.
  • Adhere to established QC Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Accurately document results, deviations, and observations.
  • Investigate and report quality issues, assisting in root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to data analysis for both government and commercial projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.
  • Present well-considered findings with clarity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Support validation activities as required.
  • Complete QC Analyst basic certification training and testing. Following certification, exercises professional judgment and discretion to make independent and consequential risk determinations under defined time constraints.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of desktop and laptop computers for day-to-day work tasks, to include standard MS Office productivity applications.
  • Proficiency in computer-based analysis, both online and offline.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to supervisors and others as required.
  • Prior data analytics experience, certification or training is a plus.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Due to the nature of our US Government contracts, applicants must meet eligibility requirements for US Government security clearance. *Must be a US citizen and eligible for a US Government security clearance*
  • Amenable to working shifts and weekends, as required. Details of shift schedules will be discussed during the interview process and assigned following satisfactory completion of Clearspeed's QC Analyst certification training, approximately 4-6 months after hire. As a condition of your continued employment as a Quality Control (QC) Analyst, you will be required to participate in a structured technical training and mentorship program for a minimum period of six (6) months, under the guidance of one or more senior QC Analysts. This training is designed to support your successful development in the role. Following the initial training period, between months six (6) and twelve (12) of your employment, you will be required to sit for an internal standardized QC Analyst Certification Examination, which is intended to assess whether you meet the minimum competency standards required for continued employment in the QC Analyst position. The Company will provide appropriate support and feedback to assist you in preparing for this assessment. If you do not pass the certification examination by the last day of your twelfth (12th) month of employment with the Company, your employment may be terminated for failure to meet this condition of continued employment. This requirement does not alter the at­will nature of your employment, meaning your employment at the Company may be terminated by either you or the Company at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Salary

Salary range is based on national benchmark data of comparable roles, skills and experience level. Exact compensation will be based on individual skills and experience, and location which will be assessed during the interview process.

Salary range: $61,000 - $98,000 per year
