As a Quality Assurance Team Lead at Behaviour Interactive, you'll play a important role in delivering Dead By Daylight to our global community. You will oversee a talented team of QA testers, drive testing strategies, and collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve issues.

In this role you will :

  • Lead and manage Quality Assurance efforts for Dead by Daylight;
  • Report to the Quality Assurance director and working to transform their strategic vision into meaningful positive results;
  • Work alongside other Quality Assurance Team Leads to scope, plan and coordinate work for a multi-disciplined team;
  • Actively work with other discipline leads and stakeholders;
  • Communicate frequently with production members, working within the reporting pipeline to promote our QA standards, identify risks and ensure the overal quality of our games;
  • Schedule and manage test activities from our outsourced QA partners;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

What we're looking for :

  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance on PC and/or console;
  • Experience as a team lead, managing an external QA partner and/or an external client is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • High proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, and other test management tools;
  • Attention to details;
  • Proactive individual and a team player;
  • Good understanding of spoken and written French and English.
