Quality Assurance Manager

The role

To help ensure we continue delivering a first-class experience to our Hueligans, we are looking for an enthusiastic Quality Assurance Manager to join us who can help maintain the safety and quality standards of our Powders, Bars and Ready-to-drink products .

This role will see you work closely with our US manufacturing and ingredients supply base ensuring that all sites operate above the local safety and quality standards and adopt a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll be a key technical contact and work closely with our suppliers, auditing them and setting clear action plans to ensure they meet our high standards, deliver KPIs and address issues.

The role will be based out of Salt Lake City but will have requirements to travel periodically across the US visiting sites alongside visits to our office in New York City and in UK.

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with around 3-5 years of experience in a similar Quality Assurance Management role within a food manufacturing business.  You'll be a strong relationship builder who can influence and drive impact at pace.

You’ll need to have a thorough understanding of food safety criteria and an understanding of food legislation and food manufacturing standards. GFSI/SQF experience will be required. Some knowledge of UK/EU/BRC standards is not essential but would be useful to help work towards Huel standards.

You'll also need to be able to travel across the US (LA & NYC) as well as over to the UK. You'll also need to have a full US driving licence.

💸 A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience
