Job description

We're seeking a QA Engineer who goes beyond manual testing to build and maintain robust automated testing frameworks. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of our Payroll and HR software through sophisticated test automation.

Job requirements

In this role, you will:
  • Design and implement end-to-end automated testing strategies
  • Develop and maintain manual and automated test frameworks and tools
  • Collaborate with developers to implement testing during feature development
  • Create and execute test plans for complex system integrations
  • Identify and track software defects through resolution
  • Drive continuous improvement in our QA processes and tools
  • Participate in code reviews

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance engineer
  • Strong programming skills in .NET and C#
  • Practical experience with SQL (is a plus)
  • Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks (either with Selenium or Playwright).
  • Knowledge of API testing is a plus.
  • CI/CD pipelines and testing integration understanding
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure (or similar is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and systematic approach
  • The ability to work in a team and independently
  • Excellent command of English in spoken and written form
