Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term

The role

You will lead and support activity in relation to the definition, development and migration of our Adviser, Customer and Workplace propositions ensuring that they continue to meet customer and workplace client needs. You can expect to be involved in product design and build, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, risks are effectively managed and that the propositions deliver our commercial objectives.

You will lead and manage aspects of the proposition plan, taking responsibility for investigating and providing recommendations to enhance the client or customer experience, helping prioritise activity while maintaining focus on deliverables. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs and behaviours of advisers, customers, and workplace clients.

What we’re looking for

  • Able to demonstrate the ability to manage, drive and deliver propositions and projects to ensure meeting business requirements and great customer outcomes.
  • In depth knowledge of Financial Services including Pensions ideally gained working for a Life and Pension company
  • A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the interconnected nature of our pension market including the different roles advisers, workplace clients (trustees, employers) and customers play
  • Experience in supporting, motivating and empowering cross-functional teams to identify and deliver enhancements to improve our proposition
  • Adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects workstreams at the same time. Making decisions by considering problems from all angles, from customer outcome to commercial, risk to strategic direction
