Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern property management operation where you’ll play a crucial role in streamlining administrative processes and supporting property supervisors. You’ll work with state-of-the-art property management software while handling diverse responsibilities that directly impact operational efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain vendor relationships, including sourcing new service providers and coordinating with existing contractors
  • Perform accurate data entry and updates in modern property management software systems
  • Handle regulatory compliance tasks including rent registrations and benchmarking reports
  • Manage property listings and respond professionally to prospective tenant inquiries on platforms like Zillow
  • Process and document rent increases while ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Create and distribute professional tenant notices and communications
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems for property inspections and related documentation
  • Support property supervisors with various administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Track and manage collection processes
  • Maintain detailed records of property inspections and related documentation
  • Enter and update property-related information on municipal websites and databases
  • Assist in creating and submitting required regulatory reports and documentation

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry and digital file management
  • Professional communication style suitable for interaction with tenants, vendors, and team members
  • Basic understanding of property management operations preferred but not required
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Comfortable with modern collaboration tools and digital workflows
