Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a sharp, analytically-minded Property Management Assistant to join a sophisticated property management operation. Responsibilities
  • Execute sophisticated administrative tasks supporting property management operations

  • Coordinate and track multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Handle professional communication with property owners, tenants, and team members
  • Support operational workflows and improve administrative processes
  • Manage complex scheduling and documentation requirements
  • Assist in creating and maintaining property management reports and records
  • Contribute to streamlining operational procedures and enhancing efficiency

Requirements

  • Exceptional English communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly
  • Sharp analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and follow complex instructions
  • Professional experience in administrative role, preferably in real estate or property management
  • Strong grasp of U.S. real estate concepts and terminology
