We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Project Managerto join ourPeople function change team.

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract  - until 19th December 2025

Location: This role can be based in Edinburgh/ London/Wythall or hybrid with some expectation to be in the office to support project delivery and team activities

Salary and benefits: £52,500- £60,000 pro rata DOE plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our People function change team. The role is  to lead the design, planning & delivery of  critical colleague centric projects that will have a real impact on the organisation. The initial project will focus on optimising self-service, core process improvements and technology enhancements such as live chat, digital assistants and Oracle AI .

What are we looking for?

  • Proven track record in delivering complex cross functional projects in financial services.
  • Experienced director level stakeholder management both face to face and managing steer co level conversations and presentations.
  • Proven track record in managing projects within tight timescales in a regulated business to budget.
  • Experience in Oracle HCM and HR projects is a significant advantage.
  • Proven record of excellent verbal skills with the ability to run workshops and deliver critical and complex messaging to peers and stakeholders.
  • Proven record of excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt content for a variety of audiences and ensuring complex concepts are appropriated adjusted for recipients.
