Project Manager
Salary: £50-65,000 Location: UK Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
**The role of the Project Manager at Amplifi is to lead and manage people as well as manage the plan. Fundamentally, deliver the services and outcomes that have been agreed with the client.
The other part of this role is to develop a strong team ethos and maintain the Amplifi culture. Whether that team is purely Amplifi consultants or a mixed team of Amplifi, client and 3rd party resources.**

THE ROLE:
The role of the Project Manager at Amplifi is to lead and manage people as well as manage the plan. Fundamentally, deliver the services and outcomes that have been agreed with the client.
You will also play a part in building a strong team ethos and maintain the Amplifi culture. Whether that team is purely Amplifi consultants or a mix of Amplifi, client, and 3rd party resources.
WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING UP TO:
- Defining, managing and delivering complex PIM/MDM and Data Services projects
- Managing the clients, setting realistic and pragmatic expectations
- Manage and estimate multiple projects and / or portfolio from inception to closure
- Manage project deliveries to time, budget and quality, directly and indirectly through oversight of other project managers
- Manage project risks and issues
- Implementing appropriate governance across your project deliveries, balancing Amplifi’s own frameworks and best practise with the needs of our clients
- Lead and support the consultants throughout each project
- Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team which may be composed of Amplifi, Client and 3rd party resources
- Participate in business development and contribute to both follow on work with existing clients and supporting the development of new opportunities with new clients
- Ensure the project delivery team complies with Amplifi standards and frameworks
- Forecasting of resource utilisation, time, costs, and other commitments required, and the management of e.g., burn for actuals
- Delivering business change or technical projects for our clients
THE ROLE WILL BE A GREAT FIT IF:
You have some of the below:
- Experience of leading teams with internal and off-shore resources and/or partner resources
- Demonstrable experience and ability in programme and project management in complex technical and organisational environments, from business case development through to systems delivery and transition to operational teams
- Excellent understanding of a variety of project management methodologies as well as, proven experience of implementing a project management governance structure across an organisation, including reporting
- You will have demonstrable experience of delivering change and be a proven leader with extensive management experience, able to motivate and influence people
- Experienced in managing projects both with and without a PMO in place. This role requires an excellent communicator, experienced at presenting at a senior level, internally and to clients. Able to engage and influence senior leaders within our business
- The ability to use MS Office products including a strong working knowledge of producing and managing plans in MS Project
- Strong Planning, Resourcing Planning and Financial Management skills
