Scope and Purpose
Support the origination, evaluation, credit process, closing and monitoring of project finance and leveraged acquisition transactions with a focus on the energy, TMT and transportation sectors.
In particular:
• Execute transactions, providing structuring, modelling, administrative, and negotiation support to originators
• Direct Responsibility for actively monitoring and supervising Project Finance assets
• Manage/Monitor portfolio activities, performing credit review, waiver & amendment processing, or any other aspect of portfolio administration
• Compose Credit Applications and interact with credit and loan administration departments
• Perform related duties assigned by Business Director and/or the Head of Department, and participate in special projects as required
Required Experience
3-4 years experience in project finance transactions, including due diligence, Credit Analysis, Execution, Documentation and Administration
Competencies Required
- Undergraduate Degree in Finance
- Practical knowledge of financial products, Finance, Accounting, and documentation
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Project Finance
