Position description
Are you passionate about software and IoT projects for smart cities?
Your experience in software development will make all the difference in this role.
As Project Director, you will play a key role within our engineering team to lead complex, multidisciplinary software projects, ensuring each initiative proceeds with rigor, innovation and agility.
Main responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of software development projects: scope, schedule, budget and quality.
- Understand technical challenges and development realities to better support teams and clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage.
- Strategically plan resources and upcoming workloads.
- Collaborate with sales to prepare proposals and offers.
- Oversee deliverables, track performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to project profitability.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of development and project management processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, including significant software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in software, electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies and technical environments.
- Bilingual French/English essential (clients and documentation).
- PMP certification: an asset.
Curiosity, rigor and a desire to remain close to the technical floor to understand, challenge and support teams.
