Job description
Are you passionate about software and IoT projects for smart cities?
Your software development experience will make all the difference in this role.
As Project Director, you will play a key role within our engineering team to lead complex, multidisciplinary software projects, ensuring that each initiative is executed with rigor, innovation and agility.
Main responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle management of software development projects: scope, schedule, budget and quality.
- Understand technical challenges and development realities to better support teams and clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage.
- Strategically plan resources and upcoming workloads.
- Collaborate with sales on proposal and offering development.
- Oversee deliverables, track performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to project profitability.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement of development and project management processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of project management experience, including significant experience in software development.
- Bachelor's degree in software, electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies and technical environments.
- Bilingual French/English essential (clients and documentation).
- PMP certification: an asset.
Curiosity, rigor and a desire to stay close to the technical floor to understand, challenge and support teams.
