We are looking for a Programming Technical Lead to play a critical role in shaping cloud computing strategies within our Central Technologies group. This is a team that develops a collection of backend and frontend services to support and enhance multiple Behaviour games. This senior-level position requires extensive experience and expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, and programming.

In this role you will :

  • Analyze requirements and develop architectural plans to support both game and development services, in collaboration with the techinal director.
  • Design, implement, and oversee cloud computing strategies and solutions for live game infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership, including conducting code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities like tasks estimates to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and meetings.
  • Get hands-on when necessary to unblock the development in difficult situations.

What we're looking for:

  • This is a senior-level position requiring experience in building and architecting distributed applications within cloud enterprise environments, including AWS and/or Azure, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, EKS, AKS and Kubernetes is required.
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager for deploying cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, utilizing tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, and Gitlab.
  • You need to be solution-oriented and possess a collaborative spirit.
